About me
Luke Bowen has held a variety of positions in EMS spanning 37 years and multiple EMS organizations in SE Michigan. His experience includes almost 20 years in the field as an EMT, EMT-P and CCEMT-P, followed by various supervisory and leadership roles within an EMS agency. Luke has been involved in providing initial and continuing education for over two decades. He is currently adjunct faculty for Macomb Community College and a Contract Instructor at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD. After 13 years working for a Medical Control Authority in SE Michigan, he has transitioned back to a full-time educator role as the Education Program Manager for Lapeer County EMS.
